Random acts of kindness
One summer, Rhea visited her uncle’s home with her mother. Her uncle and aunt were very happy to see her. It’s where her grandparents stayed too. She always enjoyed spending time with her younger cousins. On cousin by name Tanya, was a sensitive girl who always smiled and giggled at everything. The other cousin Trina was little mischievous, and liked to make funny jokes.
Trina always liked to hug her cousins. Rhea always hugged her back and didn’t make a fuss of it. But Tanya, due to her nature, always found it too difficult to be crushed in her little cousin’s hugs. Rhea enjoyed laughing at both their reactions.
One Sunday, Rhea visited with her cousins, the cathedral church in their city. All three of them prayed well and listened to the sermon. Because sometimes, their aunt asks them questions about the bible readings or sermon after the mass.
That day, the priest, talked about the poor people and how we are supposed to help the poor in times of their needs and that the church has declared that Sunday as the day of the poor. All the three children listened in silence.
After the mass, the family came out and just near the entrance door, there was a beggar asking for alms. While the other two children, asked their parents if they could help him, Trina spontaneously went to the beggar and shook his hands. And wished him” Happy Poor’s day”. Much to the consternation of her family. It did bring a smile also amidst her family members.
Hugs and smiles and handshakes are beautiful acts of kindness that we can do every day. ☺

Vision: It is to spread the integral optimism theme and inspire the viewers to practice its wisdom. 80% of the site will be static while 20% will be dynamic with daily messages in different instagram and threads, Whatsapp Channel and Meta AI groups(Integral optimism and happiness), online sessions and other current issues related to positive living and motivation. Our team is also having a facebook, Pinterest and preparing to launch a youtube channel to spread the integral optimism theme. It is a team work of people from different walks of life, religious and cultural diversity. We are also preparing a syllabus to help the students get motivated in integral positive ways of life and spirituality so that they become future leaders who can make the difference. Our aim is that all those who view or go through our materials, by God’s grace, have to be touched and led to a integral transformation and become genuinely human, generous to care for the world and altruistic.

What is Integral optimism?It is schooling into a culture of purposeful positive living. It is an attitude to become passionately and integrally positive sunshine even in thick threatening nights of life. In other words whatever may be our past life pain, negative reality or limitation if you want by doing some integrally optimistic healings you can shine and be happy again. The potential for integral goodness is within you. In Faith you can understand that it was freely donated by God our Generous Giver. You can rekindle that flame within. Therefore if you are ready to start or begin again this integral optimism is going to be a continued option, determination, awareness and a purposeful positive outlook and choice in every moment of life. Our pages will remind you about this integral journey constantly. It is importantly a spiritual attitude where one can desire to reach the heart and mind of the Creator God with ways shown through great spiritual models and religions. Spirituality will remind us that we are living here on earth for a purpose and meaning. But we will make it further beautiful trusting in God’s grace, others loving company and generosity.

Integral Faith and Creativity
Jesus is inviting us to experience his love personally today by being in His loving presence. We can experience God in and through his love. Any person who experiences God’s love will start manifesting goodness and hope in his/her life. And particularly Eucharistic Presence reminds us of his self-offering and personal presence with us. In the Gospel text we are reminded to abide in God’s love. Saint Clare had contemplated the loving face of Jesus and his presence for more than 35 years. She was just there allowing that love Jesus had to take over her person deeply and personally. In the Franciscan History she was known as very intelligent, wisdom filled and helped Saint Francis a lot during his Crisis moments. Like her let us pray to the Holy Spirit that we all could experience God’s love in a personal way.
